Day 19 - Favorite Ship - The Oncoming Storm and The Bad Wolf
Where to even start with this couple. The Doctor loves all of his companions, no doubt about that, but IMO he has only been IN love with one of them, and that was Rose. They both saved each other, both literally and figuratively. He saved her from wasting her potential in a dead-end life, and she saved him from himself. The Doctor wouldn’t be who the Doctor is now if she hadn’t helped him out of the darkness that he had built up in himself. He basically died saving her from having the Time Vortex burn out her mind. Even when he changed his face, Rose still loved him more then anything. And when they were torn apart, he burnt out an entire sun just to say goodbye to her. And she jumped from parallel world to parallel world to get back to him. Even though he ended up sending her back to her new world, he gave her apart of him so that they could be together and grow old with one another. When it came down to it the last person he went to see when he was regenerating was Rose the year they met one another. Their end was also their beginning, even though it’s never really the end with them because when it comes down to it if he could have one last day with his beloved it would be Christmas Day and it would be Rose. He is the Oncoming Storm and she is The Bad Wolf, and together they are The Stuff of Legend.
